We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Our estimated delivery times are:
- New Delhi: 2 – 3 business days
- Other Indian Cities: 3 – 5 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Charges
- We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India, except a few remote or restricted service locations.
- In case your delivery address falls in an exception zone, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options or additional charges (if any).
3. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS for real-time tracking.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. All orders are fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
- Twindle is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- If a parcel is returned due to a failed delivery attempt, reshipping charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—we’re working on bringing Twindle to more countries soon!
